I was young and really wanted the TV, but sadly realized I had over-extended myself, so I went back with receipt in hand to reverse the transaction (the television hadn't even been delivered yet). BB refused my money back. They told me that because the transaction was over a certain dollar amount (in this case around $480.00) I'd have to wait for a check in the mail. After I paid CASH. Two weeks went by and I really needed that money, so I called and after being bounced around twenty times by the store and customer service, I ended up having to leave a nasty, scathing, profanity-filled rant on some schmoe's voicemail since I never could get a straight answer out of anyone I spoke with. I finally got the friggin' check and also learned a valuable lesson-- never shop at Best Buy ever again in my life. Seriously, I haven't purchased a single thing from that store in thirteen years.
