Fox Business in HD

Fox just ran some new network-promos for the Fox Business Network, set to launch this week (tomorrow, actually). The good news is, as I (and I’m sure many others) suggested to Mr. Cavuto in the past… that it is going to be in full HD.

This makes FBN the first cable news channel to run in high definition. Unfortunately, the HD simulcast is only confirmed right now for DirecTV customers… it appears cable operators have yet to commit to the HD version. My lovely cable operator isn’t even running FBN at-launch. I’d say some derogatory comment about Comcast right here… but why bother? I’ll just go watch regular Fox … stupid Flanders…

Garr, why won’t my cable company catch up with the other HD offerings of DirecTv already…? Hmm, perhaps I do need a lil dish.
