Really, there are only a few trade shows that are industry-welcoming of consumers. There&#039;s Macworld Expo, CES, E for All, and CTIA. Not many more after that...

Some will ask &quot;What about E3&quot; as there were rumors that E3 was going to start welcoming consumers again (similar to Tokyo&#039;s TGS). Those plans were scrapped, it remains a dreary business conference.</description>

		<description>There are definitely times I wish I lived in CA. Living close to NYC is great and all, but I have no idea how to find out about tech events that I would be interested in going to, much less how to get in for free.

Chris, maybe you should do an article on that?</description>
