     I left my comments on phonenews before I came here. I also hate finding out info in a    &quot; too little, too late fashion &quot; especially if it creates a negative cash flow! As an example; what good would a given deadline be on a silent recall?? I guess I would miss it by 3 days,and of course, cost me $$. &quot;It pays to know,&quot; as the old saying goes.</description>
