Should I Buy My First Hate Site?

Odd question, I know. Let me tell you the story…

A long time ago, a certain web site had hidden slander forums. This was a childish, clickish group of idiots that were given special treatment, and hidden message boards. The admins of the site refused to acknowledge that they existed. Reason being, members were clickishly-childishly setting up people to be banned, by hammering them with questions that couldn’t be responded to.

If these targeted users responded, the moderators of the forum (who were also participating in this hidden slander forum) would instantly ban the targeted user.

Lame, I know. Such a waste of so many people’s lives.

Anyhow, after I exposed these forums, the people running the site in question (who no longer run the site in question), had to shut them down. Light had been shined on the morons in question. But, they had a newfound hatred of me (not that they didn’t already hate me, for what reason I still don’t know).

So, they set up a new series of forums, designed to troll on SprintPCSinfo.com (which later became part of PhoneNews.com). It was my first hate site. I felt a bit honored to be important enough to have my own hate site… as sick as it was.

Wrapping up this saga, the site died in a whimper, and the folks running it didn’t want to put up the few bucks a year to keep running it. And, thus, the domain name is available.

So, should I buy my own hate site? Silly as it sounds, it would give me a sense of pride in knowing that my very first detractors had been so shamefully defeated.
