As you may have read already on MechaWorks and on PhoneNews.com… MechaWorks will be launching its first mobile app on Thursday.
I will drop one more tidbit. As I alluded to on PhoneNews.com, it isn’t what you are thinking. We are not launching PhoneNews.com for iPhone. I know we announced that in the past, and I wanted to make clear that wasn’t what was being announced.
What I wanted, for our first mobile application, was something that really changed the world. I wanted something that would make the entire industry not just take notice, but to actually react. I wanted to improve things. That’s the vision I set forth with this painful, tireless journey. It didn’t take long to realize a simple iPhone app (like PhoneNews.com for iPhone) wouldn’t accomplish that, so I told my team to dig deep, and burn a lot of midnight oil.
Its been in development for a whole year, and I’m really excited about what we’ve done. See you Thursday.
