    I too had alot of problems with AT&T uverse. The technicion said he didn’t know how apple tv worked, or why my Internet was so slow after the installation because he doesn’t know macs. Another thing he didn’t know was mitsubishi TVs thus taking him an hour to get the main tv working, without HD. So I ended up with slow Internet (and now no Internet, god knows why) my xbox won’t work, and I can’t watch DVDs or HD tv.
